Rob Riggle

Comedian & Correspondent, The Daily Show With Jon Stewart

Program Title: Correspondent's Dinner With The Daily Show's Rob Riggle

While your event may not be a roast, nor even a dinner, Daily Show Correspondent Rob Riggle always sparks up the flames (of comedy), char-broils current events and serves-up hearty portions of funny. This war-monger-come-comedian will be the Daily Special at your event, for an unforgettable evening of political commentary, pundit musings and punch-drunk humor.

Rob Riggle, who joined The Daily Show's "News" bureau in 2006, has been performing sketch and improv comedy in New York and Los Angeles for the last 9 years as part of the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. He is also a United States Marine Corps officer. Rob Riggle served in Liberia, Kosovo and Afghanistan. He has over 19 medals and ribbons as a result of his service, to include the Combat Action Ribbon. Rob Riggle is currently a Major in the Marine Corps Reserves. (Ask him about a lesson he learned called... "Always read the fine print!")

Rob Riggle has appeared in several television and film projects. He was a cast member on Saturday Night Live from 2004-2005. Rob Riggle has appeared on The Office and Arrested Development. He has also appeared numerous times on Late Night with Conan O'Brien from 1998 to 2004. Rob Riggle can also be seen in films like Blackballed: The Bobby Dukes Story, with Rob Corddry. Most recently Rob Riggle was seen in Talladega Nights, the Ballad of Ricky Bobby and in Unaccompanied Minors.

Rob Riggle currently lives on both coasts, because according to him, "...that's how I roll...." He is also currently seeing a team of doctors, all of whom hate him. However, this doesn't bother Rob Riggle because, according to him, "...I hate them too...."

Rob Riggle's heroes include, but are not limited to; Teddy Roosevelt, J.F.K., George Washington, Chesty Puller, Elvis Presley, Pricilla Presley, "Red" Elvis' former bodyguard, Harvey Keitel, Floyd Gondolli, Vince Lombardi, Lenny Bruce, Tom Brady, Sen. John McCain, Eddie Murphy, Tony Robbins, Sen. Daniel K. Inouye, General Anthony Zini, Ashlee Simpson, Col. Joshua Chamberlin, Dick Vermeil, Tammy Bruce and "Goofer" from Lee Mace's Ozark Opry.
